Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This AUP protects HostBattle infrastructure, other customers, and the wider internet. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

2. Prohibited activity

Without limitation, you must not: send spam or operate open relays; run phishing or malware; conduct or facilitate DDoS; scan or exploit systems without authorization; host CSAM; commit fraud; mine cryptocurrency in a way that violates fair-use or facility rules; or use Services for illegal content under Bangladesh law.

3. Resource abuse

You must not saturate shared uplinks, storage, or CPU in a manner that degrades other customers. Fair-use bandwidth applies. We may rate-limit or require an upgrade.

4. Security

You are responsible for patching and securing your instances. Compromised servers used for attacks may be null-routed or suspended until cleaned.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate abuse reports and act unilaterally when risk is high. Repeat or severe violations can lead to permanent termination.
