By ordering or using HostBattle services you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you order on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
“Services” means KVM virtual private servers, related IP allocations, and optional extras described on hostbattle.com or in a written order. HostBattle does not provide managed application administration unless expressly agreed in writing.
You must provide accurate contact and billing information. You are responsible for safeguarding SSH keys, passwords, and all activity under your instances.
You must comply with the AUP. HostBattle may suspend or terminate Services for abuse, legal risk, or non-payment.
Fees are billed in advance for the selected term unless otherwise stated. Published prices are starting rates; taxes, Windows licensing, and extras may apply. Non-payment may result in suspension and data deletion after notice where practicable.
CPU, RAM, disk, and bandwidth are subject to plan limits and fair-use. Sustained abuse of shared uplinks or storage may be rate-limited or require an upgrade.
You are responsible for your data and backups unless a paid backup product is expressly included in your order. Deletion after cancellation or abuse termination may be permanent.
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostBattle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the affected Service in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Material changes apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to HostBattle’s right to seek interim relief elsewhere.
